1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

4. Bonus and Promotional Terms

• Losses resulting from any Player's breach of these Terms and Conditions, including provision of false registration details, breach of account security, or participation in prohibited activities.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from access to or use of the 277db platform or any inability to access the same.

277db makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any game odds, statistical data, or informational content displayed on the platform. All information is provided on an "as is" basis.

10. Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure

277db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence of breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or any conduct that 277db deems detrimental to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting 277db customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after any pending wagers are settled, provided KYC verification has been completed. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the 277db platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to internationally operated online gaming platforms.
